Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Sarano AI, we are committed to providing a straightforward and affordable service. Our pricing, subscription, and credit models are designed to be simple and transparent. To maintain this simplicity and manage the significant, irreversible costs associated with AI generation, we adhere to the following policy.
All Purchases Are Final
All purchases, including subscription plans and one-time credit top-up packs, are final and non-refundable. When you purchase a subscription or a credit pack, you are agreeing to this policy.
Subscription Cancellations
For the time being, Sarano AI operates on a no-cancellation model. Subscription plans are billed upfront for the chosen term (e.g., 1, 3, 6, or 12 months). **Once a subscription term is purchased and activated, it cannot be cancelled mid-term.**
Our subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will not be charged again after your current term expires unless you manually purchase a new plan. You can let your subscription expire if you do not wish to continue.
No Refunds
We maintain a strict **no-refund policy**. Due to the immediate and irreversible computational costs incurred with our AI providers for generating images and processing tasks, we cannot offer refunds for any reason. This applies to:
- All subscription plan payments.
- All one-time credit top-up pack purchases.
- Unused credits or unused portions of a subscription term.
- Accidental purchases.
- Dissatisfaction with the generated images.
We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or for any unused credits in your account upon account termination or subscription expiry.
Billing Errors
If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate the issue and correct any verified errors.
